TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to RVR World Entertainment Private Limited. By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please ensure that all participants understand these terms prior to booking.

CANCELLATIONS

  • You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to two weeks before the scheduled date. Last-minute cancellations are not accepted.
  • If you encounter any issues with your booking prior to your session, please contact our venue directly.
  • Cancellations are subject to the discretion of RVR World Entertainment. If a booking is cancelled, the ticket price will be credited to the purchaser's account.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Refunds are not issued for cancellations, changes of mind, or gift vouchers.
  • Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our venue for resolution.
  • A refund fee may apply in certain circumstances.

LATE ARRIVAL

  • Sessions are scheduled back-to-back; therefore, punctuality is essential. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early for check-in.
  • Split Team: If you have not booked the entire session and arrive late, you will not be allowed to join if the safety briefing has already started.
  • Whole Team: If a member of your group is late, you may choose to:
    • Start without them (they cannot join if they arrive after the experience begins).
    • Wait for them, but your experience will be shortened as it will start on time.
  • No credits or refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

CHILDREN UNATTENDED

  • Children must not be left unattended at the venue. RVR World Entertainment staff are not responsible for supervising children.
  • If no adult is present to supervise a child, entry into the experience will be denied without credit or refund.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the venue where they were purchased and cannot be transferred to another location.
  • The validity of gift vouchers is determined by the selling venue and cannot be extended beyond that date.
  • Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift vouchers.
  • Gift voucher codes are unique and can be used until fully redeemed.

PROMOTION CODES

These terms apply when redeeming promotion codes for discounts:

  • Promotion codes must be entered before completing your order and cannot apply to past orders.
  • Codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be extended past their expiration date.
  • Only valid for online bookings and cannot be used for gift vouchers.
  • Each code can typically only be used once unless stated otherwise and applies only to qualifying bookings as specified in the offer.
  • Promotion codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • If a booking made with a promotion code is canceled and eligible for a refund, the value of the promotion code will be deducted from any store credit issued.
  • Promotion codes may not be combined with other offers, and their validity can change at any time without notice.
